This multi-level home features four well-appointed floors. The basement level features an inviting seating area with a sofa bed, plenty of children-friendly games, a smart TV with streaming and cable, and direct access to a private patio. The second floor hosts two bedrooms, one of them being a primary suite. This suite enjoys a smart TV, an en suite bathroom, and access to a sunny deck. The second guest bedroom features a smart TV and deck access as well. Another flight of stairs will lead you to the main living space located on the third floor. This open-concept area has access to a furnished deck. Surprise your loved ones with delicious homemade meals and snacks thanks to the well-appointed kitchen.
