Run kite lines in the yard and enjoy hours kiteboarding on the sound. Stow your gear in the lockable storage area under the house. A half bath is conveniently located in the carport entry. Inside the home, choose from four well-appointed bedrooms, one with a private master bath. Upstairs, gather in the great room around the 75” Smart TV or step into the game room with foosball, dart board and another Smart TV with retro video games. Prepare your meals in the kitchen and dine with a water view at the table and breakfast bar seating. HAPPY OURS don't get any better than kicking back on the decks watching the unobstructed views of the sun sinking into the Pamlico Sound. Choose from three levels, including a ships watch. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
