This 4 bedroom 3.5 bath gem lays out perfectly for an extended family or family with guests. We live in the home from December to May each year, and rent it for 3-6 months from May - November only - please do not inquire about winter months as it's not available.

Open floorplan living space includes ocean-facing living/dining room and modern kitchen with everything you need for entertaining during your great escape. The indoor dining table seats 6-8 or eat outdoors on the 2nd level deck overlooking the tropical sea. The deck table seats up to 12.

Best of all are the amazing water views. Doze off to the gentle sound of calm ocean waves. Wake up early to watch the sunrise over the ocean from the master bedroom, the dining area, the second floor deck or spectacular third floor balcony.

Situated across from Rodriguez and Dove Keys, two undeveloped and protected wildlife Keys about one mile from shore, the home’s ocean section is tranquil and aqua blue!

For boaters, there is a free community boat ramp, or simply moor right out in front of the home with easy access to open sea or nearby passage to the bay side for boating and fishing.

Our home was built in 2008 to the most weather-resistant state mandated standards, and fully insured.

Watch dolphins, fish, rays and waterfowl right from your deck, or fish from your own sandy beach. The house includes kayaks, paddleboards, life-vests, and bikes for your use.

Looking for fun? Put on water shoes (included) and wade right into the ocean from the private beach. Swim, boat, kayak, paddleboard, snorkel or fish in front of the house. Cook your catch on the Weber gas grill or take it to one of the local restaurants where the chef will prepare it any way you want. Try the “Matacumbe” or “Black and Blue” preparation at the famous Fish House.

Miami Airport is just over an hour away, and Key West is a scenic two hour drive. But you won’t want to leave. Unique, simple and gorgeous in every way, this is the setting we were dreaming about, and we’re happy to share it with you.
