The villa features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2,035 sq. ft. of living space, overlooking both the marina and the Atlantic Ocean. Inside, you’ll find tasteful furnishings, a TV in every room, fast Wi‑Fi, and powerful air conditioning—perfect for cooling off after a warm Florida day.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy an impressive list of amenities, including two heated pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, and a fire pit. The community also boasts a remarkable 3‑acre saltwater lagoon with a sandy beach and a diving board, offering endless opportunities for swimming, sunbathing, and relaxation.
For boaters, a free boat ramp is available on-site. Trailer parking is also free on a first‑come basis. If you plan to bring your own vessel, please note that $300,000 liability insurance is required and must be shown to the security guard upon arrival. Guests can also take the golf cart or stroll to the end of the jetty to enjoy fishing, relaxing, or watching unforgettable sunrises and sunsets. (Please note: the golf cart may only be used within the community and is not licensed for public roads.
Additional items available for guest use include two bikes with helmets, snorkeling gear, life vests, two kayaks, a Golf Cart and tennis/pickleball equipment. Using these items is at your own risk.
