• Two options for trash disposal: take out the kitchen trash yourself,( no public dumpster nearby).use the bins in the garage. the bins outside on monday night, return it to the garage( tuesday evening)
• When using the air conditioner, please make sure all windows are closed so that energy isn't wasted.
• We cover utility coast up to $400. if the bill exceeds this amount, the difference will be your responsibility- so far it has not gone over.
