Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with all pertinent appliances which include a refrigerator, microwave, double oven, gas range, Keurig/drip coffee machine, toaster, blender and handheld mixer.

In addition the kitchen has been equipped with basic dining, cooking, and serve wares. Included are: plates, bowls, pots/pans, baking dishes, mixing bowls, silverware, glass ware for all occasions, utensils, kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt, and pepper, aluminum foil and plastic wrap.

Housekeeping supplies:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent.

- Old Town La Quinta: 5-7 minutes
- Indian Wells Tennis Garden: 10 minutes
- Palm Desert/El Paseo: 15-20 minutes
- Downtown Palm Springs/Airport: 30-40 minutes
- LA/OC/SD: Roughly 2 hours without traffic

Scheduled Services:
Please be aware that service providers such as gardeners and pool cleaners may arrive during your stay. In most instances they will provide their service within less than an hour.

Number of Guests Permitted:
The home accommodates 10 guests including adults and children. If it is to be discovered that more than 10 guests are staying in the home at any given time the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund.

Pet Policy:
Pets are not permitted at this property.

Pool and Spa:
There is an optional $75/day fee for heating the pool and spa, which must be applied for the entire duration of the stay. If you choose to heat the pool, it will be maintained at 88 degrees, while the spa will be set to 103 degrees. Please note that requests for pool heating should be made at least 24 hours before check-in.

Check-in and access to the home:
Standard check-in is at 4 pm. Depending on the status of the home early check-in may be granted if requested but is not guaranteed. For early check-in please contact the host on the day of your arrival. On the day of your arrival, you will receive a code to the front door that allows you to access the home. You will also be provided with garage door openers.

Check-out:
Check-out is at 10 am. Unfortunately, late checkout is not available.

Parking:
STREET PARKING IS NOT PERMITTED. If a vehicle is parked on the street overnight a $750 dollar fine may be imposed or TOWING!! The home has space for 4 car midsized cars. Two to be parked in the garage and two to be parked on the driveway.

Housekeeping:
The home will be cleaned prior to arrival and after departure. If you would prefer additional housekeeping services during your stay, please contact the host at least 5 days prior to check-in so these services can be arranged.

Sound System:
The home comes equipped with a Sonos sound system to provide sound inside and outside the home. You will be able to download the Sonos app or stream music directly from your phone using Airplay. It is imperative to abide by the outside quiet hours which run from 9pm to 9am. During these hours no sound is to be permitted outdoor per city code.

Quiet Hours:
Per city code quiet hours run from 9am to 9pm. It is imperative these rules be followed. If we are to receive 2 complaints during your stay we will have to cancel the reservation without refund. The city and homeowner’s association are extremely strict in regards to these rules. Large fines and penalties are imposed when the rules are broken.
