Gorgeous 5 bedroom 4 and 1/2 bathroom home, which has sleeping for 13+.
The floor plan encompasses five spacious bedrooms with plenty of room for study, sleep and storage. Five luxurious bathrooms, stocked with fresh linens and towels. The large master bedroom has plenty of space where you can enjoy the view, a private back yard entrance, large walk in closet, jetted tub to relax and a beautiful large private bathroom. Two of the five bedrooms are two private entrance casita's (small suites) that attach to the house in the main entrance courtyard. Every bedroom and family space has its own TV with all the cable channels to enjoy during down time. The kitchen is sleek and stylish. It flows through to the dining room and private rear patio. This home has plenty of room for all with over 3600 plus square feet of living space. You will have space to spread out with the use of the game room, formal dining room, large family room attached to the chef kitchen and a fabulously large back yard. The home is very family friendly. We have games for all, two new cruiser bikes, floats for the pool, yard games, and of course a fire pit to roast s'mores! And to give you peace of mind, the home sits with in a secure gated upscale community of Montage Estates. The outdoor living space is absolutely amazing! Beyond the glass, is a paradise outside that sits among the palms. The yard is fabulously manicured. You can enjoy the outdoors for hours with the two fire pits, outdoor kitchen, outdoor fireplace, TV, bar, large side yard and plenty of seating for all. You can relax by the private heated pool and a lovely waterfall spa. This house is perfect for a family vacation, a holiday retreat, or a get away with friends. This home is ideally positioned to enjoy the proximity to cafes, restaurants, casinos, entertainment and shopping centers. And we are walking distance to the festivals (Coachella and Stagecoach) and a 10 minute drive to the tennis tournaments! The home has plenty of parking for you and your guest with a three car garage and a drive way that fits an additional three cars. It's the perfect home away from home.
