The beach club is a three story private, gated complex. The Beach Club is a U-shaped building that is located on the sand, no busy street or boardwalk separating you from the beach. It has its own heated pool, Jacuzzi hot tub, and barbecue facilities in the spacious garden atrium.

Your unit #101 is a bright, fresh, and very functional 3 bedroom Vacation Rental, with an extra large sunny southwest exposure terrace for private sun bathing and dinners. The terrace overlooks the ocean and beautiful Dunes Park and a wonderful childrens playground. The living room and master bedroom face the ocean.

Relax in a quaint beach town, stroll on the quiet beach. Walk on the old fishing pier, and bring your rod and bait! Excellent surfing! Watch or participate! A 10 minute drive affords you easy access to the famous Island of Coronado and its golf course. 25 minutes takes you to the world famous San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, San Diego Embarcadero, San Diego Convention Center, fabulous desert or mountain drives, Mexico, and all that the sophisticated city of San Diego has to offer!

Located in Imperial Beach, this condo is near the beach. North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre and USS Midway Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's popular attractions include Sesame Place San Diego and San Diego Zoo. Check out an event or a game at Petco Park, and consider making time for Waterfront Park, a top attraction not to be missed. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.
