The space
Located across the street from the beach and having over 1,500 square feet of living space spanning two floors, 3 beds and 2.5 baths on two separate levels, three separate outdoor areas, and a two car attached garage, this home makes for the perfect Summer vacation on the coast!
The garden and gated courtyard with sitting area greet you upon arrival. If you're coming back from the beach, the outdoor shower along the side can be very handy. Arriving by car is also easy with access to the two car attached garage from the alley.
Typically you'll enter through the black side door. Once settled in, you can open the French doors that lead to the courtyard to create an expansive indoor / outdoor hang out area.
Going upstairs, the space opens up to the living room with big screen TV, dining area with table that can accommodate up to 6 people, and beautiful stocked kitchen equipped with an island, and all of the essentials.
Open the LaCantina folding doors to nearly double the living space by seamlessly incorporating the 2nd floor deck. Enjoy glimpses of the beach, relaxing in the lounge chairs, practicing your putts, or having a meal outside.
To take in even more sights and sounds, head up the circular staircase to the rooftop deck. Although there are a couple buildings in front, the views to the beach, pier and ocean are still amazing and everchanging. Don't miss out on watching the surfers, twilight colors, and the 4th of July fireworks from the rooftop!
The primary bedroom & bath, laundry and half bath are also located on the 2nd floor. Two more bedrooms, a full bath and additional living room space is located on the first floor.
Located in Imperial Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Las Americas Premium Outlets and Seaport Village are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit USS Midway Museum and San Diego Zoo. Looking to enjoy an event or a game? See what's going on at Petco Park or Estadio Caliente. Surfing/body boarding and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and cycling nearby.
