Hear the waves crashing onto the shore as you relax in a beautifully decorated, three bedroom, three bath condo right on the sand with breathtaking sunsets. Two garaged parking spaces with a private elevator that opens right into the condo. All the comforts of home. Designer kitchen features the latest in appliances and everything you need to cook and entertain. Washer & dryer, 70" Smart TV, wifi and plenty of beach towels and boogie boards for playing on the beach. We've thought of everything for your memorable beach vacation.

Imperial Beach is a hidden gem, reminiscent of the classic beach towns of old. Miles and miles of uncrowded, white sandy beaches, littered with seashells and sand dollars, and with magnificent views of the historic pier, Coronado Islands and the San Diego skyline. Imperial Beach is charming and laid back, experiencing a wonderful renaissance of it's own bringing trendy restaurants to the area while retaining its small town charm.

There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious and has a pillow top California king bed and private bathroom with large windows & patio right on the ocean! The second bedroom is also large and has a pillow top king bed with a private bathroom. The third bedroom is the size of a den and features trundle beds (but no closet).

There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance of the condo. And only a 10-minute drive to Coronado for great shopping and cocktails at the classic Hotel Del.

Located in Imperial Beach, this condo is on the beach. Centro Cultural Tijuana and North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Port of San Diego and B Street Cruise Ship Terminal. Looking to enjoy an event or a game? See what's going on at Petco Park or Estadio Caliente. Looking to get your feet wet? Kayaking, motor boating and sailing adventures can be found near the property.
