You are surrounded by the National Wildlife Refuge & Estuarine Research Reserve (Bird Estuary). Just open up the windows and listen to the waves breaking on the beach and the birds singing.
On Seacoast is a well appointed 700 square foot, two-bedroom / one-bathroom condo that has a southern California relaxed coastal style. Sleeps 4. This is a quiet complex with year round residents and is not suitable for folks looking to let loose and party.

Imperial Beach, also known by the locals as IB, encompasses just over 6 miles of beach and employs a year round lifeguard staff. Of course the climate of San Diego allows for outdoor activities year round; surfing, beach volleyball, beach combing and birding to name a few. You can also visit the farmer's market on Friday afternoons, try our restaurants and craft beers, take a horse ride on the beach, ride your bike up the Coronado strand, go sailing, play a round of golf, send the kids to the YMCA surf camp or sit on the beach with a good book, relax and enjoy!

Located in Imperial Beach, this condo is near a water park and near the beach. Port of San Diego and B Street Cruise Ship Terminal are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore San Diego Bay and Coronado Beach. Centro Cultural Tijuana and Sesame Place San Diego are not to be missed. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and horse riding nearby.
