North Shore Place is a fabulous new upscale condominium complex on North Forest Beach Drive. It is located directly across from both the ocean (100 yards) and Coligny Plaza. This 1290 sq ft, 2nd floor Villa features a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, oversized tubs, walk in showers. Our Villa is located on the corner of the building with a large, covered wrap around veranda to enjoy the cool ocean breezes that only corner units have. There is a spectacular rooftop swimming pool and sundeck on the 4th floor. You will also get the oceanfront pool privileges at the Sea Crest Villas.
An easily accessible beach walk that leads directly to the beach. Conveniently located within a block from the beach & adjacent to Coligny Plaza with its shopping, restaurants and entertainment. North Shore Place Villas features secure access, covered parking with elevator access to all floors. All the Hilton Head Island's amenities are at hand.
This elegant, spacious villa has stone floors, high ceilings, and beautiful moldings and is wonderfully decorated. The great room offers numerous windows, all with plantation shutters. The living area is beautifully decorated with large comfortable chairs. The kitchen has a large center island, slate colored appliances and white cabinets. The dining area, beside the kitchen, has seating for five people.
The master bedroom has a beautiful King bed with matching end tables and plantation shuttered windows, TV and private bath. The guest bedroom has two Double Beds and a private bath. The villa also has its own washer and dryer.
Of additional interest is a wraparound veranda overlooking Coligny Plaza, which is adjacent to North Shore. So not only are you right across the street from Seacrest and use of that oceanfront pool but you are next to Coligny Plaza with all of its many shops, restaurants, food store, bakery and gourmet coffee. You may find you don't need to get back into the car for anything. Under the building, free parking is also available (car pass is required, Limit 2 vehicles).

$300.00 Security Deposit is Required. The Security Deposit will be a temporary hold starting the day before Check-in and released after departure of the Villa.
Located near the beach, this villa is in South End, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Shelter Cove Harbour and Palmetto Dunes Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Coligny Beach and Sea Pines Forest Preserve. The Sandbox and Legendary Golf are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with jet skiing and kayaking nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with hiking and horse riding.
