The 1,650 sq. ft. of this two story townhouse loft with 3 queen beds gives you plenty of space for up to six people. The townhouse is beautifully decorated and recently renovated.
This townhome is perfect for romantic getaways, families, or business travel. It has everything you will need. The dining room table seats 6 or there is a bar with 3 barstools.

On the 1st floor you will have a very spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. There is also a powder room for convenience. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, the master is an ensuite, 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds, full bath with tub shower combination and a washer, dryer. So in total there are 3 bedrooms all have queen beds. The living room does have a sleeper sofa. We prefer no more than 6 guests at the property. You can parallel park out front or across the way.
Inside you will find all the amenities you will need for a weekend stay or a Thanksgiving Dinner with family. We fully supply all the pots, pans, dishes, Keurig and regular coffee pots. We also make sure you will have salt, sugar, pam, seasonings, coffee, dry creamer, tin foil and saran wrap. We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher soap. You may need to buy more depending on how long your stay is.

Our quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am each day.

There is a TV in the living room and master bedroom. TV service is spectrum with Netflix and high speed internet. We supply beach chairs, and umbrella along with pool towels. Board games are plentiful and cards and poker chips. Both full bathrooms will have all the essentials you will need, including soaps, shampoo, bodywash, hair dryer.
The Tanger outlet is 5 minute drive and Hilton Head is only 15 minutes away!
Many restaurants are within walking distance so you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. Every Thursday afternoon Bluffton has a Farmers Market in Old Town from 12-4 pm. Boutique shopping is plentiful in downtown Bluffton.

Guests have access to community swimming pool and playground. There is also a public park within walking distance.

The townhome is located in a very nice, very safe neighborhood, about two blocks from the Promenade Shops and three blocks from Historic Downtown Bluffton and Calhoun Street where guests can enjoy lots of shops, restaurants, and nightly entertainment. Bluffton features two outlet malls and countless other dining and shopping options less than 5 minutes away. Hilton Head Island is only about ten minutes away (20 minutes to the south end) where guests will find beautiful beaches and more.
Savannah is 25 minutes and Beaufort is also 25 minutes.
The home is in impeccable condition, attention to detail and cleaning.

Bluffton is home to this vacation home. May River Theater and Coastal Discovery Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Heyward House Historic Center and Rose Hill Mansion. Station 300 and Hilton Head Zipline are also worth visiting. Looking to get your feet wet? Motor boating and swimming adventures can be found near the property.
