This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath roomy home offers a wonderful combination of many desirable features! It's close to town and private, with several outdoor porches facing a beautiful long-range mountain view. Interior features include custom bamboo floors, painted hardwood walls, vaulted ceilings, two levels with separate living areas and adjacent kitchens, as well as plenty of natural light provided by a plethora of large windows.
The Main Level houses a cozy open-ended kitchen and dining space, access to laundry, and of course the main living room complete with a Gas Log stone fireplace and access to the upper porch. The expansive covered porch spans the length of the house and ends in a 20' vaulted open area with large stone (Gas Log) fireplace. Also on this level are two bedrooms: the Master bedroom suite with a King bed and a Guest bedroom with 2 Twins and a private bath.
On the lower level, a second living area and kitchenette offers additional space for gatherings and access to the lower covered deck. Two Queen guest bedrooms with private baths finish out the rest of this level of the home.

Located in Highlands, this vacation home is in a rural area. Highlands Country Club and Scaly Mountain Outdoor Center are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Highlands Biological Station and Cashiers Farmers Market. Take in the nearby slopes with snowboarding and skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as ice skating.
