Enjoy friendly competition in the first floor game room with pool table, foosball, and shuffleboard! The full-size refrigerator and microwave at the wet bar are perfect for poolside treats, movie snacks, or a quick bite before heading out to the beach. Kick back in front of the TV or step onto the shaded deck where a soothing soak in the hot tub will wash your cares away. Let the kids enjoy their own space in the three bedrooms on this level, a queen, a bedroom with two singles, and a bedroom with two pyramid bunk sets. A full bathroom and a convenient laundry area are also on this level.
Awake to ocean views in the four comfortable bedrooms on the middle level. Two queen bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, while two king en suites are at either end of the hall. A second laundry area is also on this level. Each of the four bedrooms opens onto the spacious shaded deck overlooking the ocean.
Gather in the open living, dining, and kitchen area with sweeping ocean-to-sound views on the top level. Family feasts around the dining table and adjacent breakfast bar will bring your crew closer together. Spend time in the living area with stunning ocean views that are sure to wow you all year long. A convenient half bathroom is also on this level. Step out onto the oceanview sundeck to catch the sunrise each morning, or take it easy on the soundview sundeck off the kitchen while you watch a colorful sunset light up the sky. Sleep easy in the king en suite with shower stall in the bathroom and access to the oceanview sundeck.
POOL IS OPEN MARCH-OCTOBER AND CLOSED THE MONTHS DECEMBER, JANUARY AND FEBRUARY. POOL HEAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE FEES. THIS IS AN OPTIONAL AND ADDITIONAL FEE. IT IS AVAILABLE FOR $600.00/WEEK STAY OR $85.00/DAY IF YOUR STAY IS SHORTER. POOL HEAT FEE MUST BE PAID 7 DAYS BEFORE YOUR STAY AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON AND MUST BE PAID FOR YOUR ENTIRE STAY. THE HOT TUB IS OPEN, HOT AND AVAILABLE 365 DAYS PER YEAR FOR NO FEE.
