Thoughtfully upgraded, this light and bright condo features fresh paint, all-new flooring, a completely remodeled kitchen, and bathrooms. On-site amenities include a pool and private boardwalk to one of the best beaches in the outer banks. You'll love being located within easy walking distance of the Avon Fishing Pier, many restaurants, and Club Hatteras. There is also supermarket access minutes down the street.
The combination living, dining, and kitchen areas are well furnished, spacious, and comfortable to provide you with the necessities while you enjoy your stay in Avon. The primary suite boasts a Jacuzzi tub and direct access to a balcony. Come to the Island for your vacation.
THINGS TO KNOW
This condo is on the first level up one two sets of stairs of the Islander Condominiums.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
The pool has a soft open date of 5/22 and a soft close date of 10/11. This is subject to change.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Located in Avon, this condo is near the beach. Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf and Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Buxton Woods Coastal Preserve and Lighthouse Beach. Hatteras Island Boardsports and Avon Fishing Pier are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
