This beautiful modern light filled home is a Sun Valley summer and winter paradise. It is only 18 minutes from the restaurants and shops in Ketchum and the Sun Valley resort, and is only 12 minutes from the town of Hailey and the airport, but is a world of it's own. With unparalleled views of Baldy and the surrounding mountains, it offers privacy and quiet so you can get away from it all. It has a gorgeous patio perfect for enjoying sunset cocktails and dinners at the outdoor table, and offers nearby hiking, swimming, fishing and biking in the summer, and incredible skiing, cross-country, sledding and when the snow is right even backyard skiing in the winter. There is ping pong table and plenty of room for family fun. The master bath has a soaking tub with a view as well as a steam shower, the kitchen has Thermador appliances and two dishwashers, and the bench style dining room table easily sits 10. There are even friendly chickens in the nearby greenhouse if you would like fresh morning eggs.
Located in Hailey, this vacation home is in a rural area and near a water park. Sun Valley Ski Resort and Rotarun Ski Area are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Old Cutters Park and Deerfield Park. Traveling with kids? Consider Sawtooth Botanical Garden and Argyros Performing Arts Center. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, and don't miss out on the snowmobiling and ice skating.
