Pet lovers welcome! We proudly allow up to 2 dogs ($100 for the first dog, $50 for the second; added after booking). Sorry, no cats.
This expansive ~4,000 sq ft home is thoughtfully designed for gathering, entertaining, and relaxing—comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. With 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a loft sleeping area, and a private studio suite, there’s plenty of space for families and groups to spread out while still enjoying time together.
What truly sets this home apart is the privacy: each sleeping area is uniquely positioned, allowing guests to retreat and unwind without sacrificing connection. The layout includes:
A luxurious primary suite with king bed, private balcony, fireplace, and spa-like bath
Three additional bedrooms with queen beds
A loft with a queen futon
A separate studio suite (private entrance + bath) with queen bed
Four folding twin mattresses—perfect for kids or extra guests
The heart of the home is a stunning 1,500 sq ft open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space with soaring vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the natural beauty outside. Gather around the large dining table (seats 12) with additional bar seating, or relax in the spacious living area featuring:
Cozy gas fireplaces
A 7-foot concert grand piano (perfect for musicians!)
Foosball table, TV, and ample seating
The upgraded kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook for a crowd, keeping you connected to the group while preparing meals.
Step outside and you’ll find multiple patios designed for enjoying Idaho’s incredible outdoors. Relax in the hot tub, fire up the BBQ, or simply take in the views of the seasonal creek (typically flowing April–October) and mature aspens. Wildlife sightings are a special bonus.
Traveling with kids? We’ve got you covered with baby gates, toys, puzzles, games, a pack ’n play, and kid-friendly utensils.
Additional amenities include a heated 2+ car garage—perfect not only for winter parking, but also for ping pong, gear storage, or even casual gatherings with its built-in counter and refrigerator.

Small events (up to 20 guests) may be considered with prior approval and additional fees. Shuttle service is required, as event parking is not permitted on-site.
