Tucked away at the end of a gated gravel driveway, you will find a hidden jewel located at Vacation Beach in Guerneville. The location is magical. Master is large and private with newly renovated master bath, which features step-in shower and programmable warm floors (oh-so nice on those chilly nights). There is great light and a slider to the back deck.
Main level also includes another bedroom and full bath (recently renovated) with shower over tub and warm floors. Upstairs is large room furnished as a bedroom. This private space has great light, a skylight and a tree house feel.
Lots of nice touches throughout: solid core doors; most lights on dimmers; reading light above chair is sitting area; supplemental deck lighting; fire pit on deck; BBQ, etc.
The natural beauty of the location and river are unparalleled. Outside, there is a large yard with swings and easy, direct access to the Russian River. Float, paddle or fish your day away in this sparingly used portion of the river. Just downstream is "the rock", "the island" and the Summer Bridge (which provides convenient and scenic access to River Road). Located about 5 minutes from downtown (Summer bridge is faster from June to September). Sitting on the shore or walking the river, you will see cranes, river otters, fish jumping, foxes, deer and more. Kayak up to Johnson’s Beach in about 15-20 minutes. Highway 101 (Santa Rosa) and Sebastopol are about 20 minutes away.
There is also a park down the street with playground, basketball court and BBQ area.
Located in Guerneville, this vacation home is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Russian River and Armstrong Redwoods State Park.
