Welcome to The Eighth in charming downtown Greer! This beautifully renovated 1920s home blends historic character with modern comfort.

A note about the train: Like many homes in downtown Greer, this home is located near an active railroad. You’ll likely hear the train as it passes throughout the day/night. Many guests find it adds to the character and history of the neighborhood, but if you’re a particularly light sleeper, we recommend bringing earplugs or using the sound machine provided.

Inside, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, a full bathroom, a thoughtfully updated kitchen stocked with the essentials for cooking at home, and inviting living spaces.

Step outside to enjoy your morning coffee on the classic front porch swing or spend the evening in the private, fully fenced backyard—perfect for letting little ones play, or bringing along your four-legged family member.
Greer is home to this vacation home. BMW Zentrum and Logos Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Historic Greer Depot and Cannon Centre. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Bon Secours Wellness Arena or Crossland Tennis Center (Tryon Park).
