Located in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of the north main community. Very short trip to downtown and central to many other areas of Greenville. The hilly neighborhood makes for some great walking. The property spans two streets and the lower street has a creek that runs along it. There are multiple parks within walking distance.
High ceilings, two bedrooms with two bathrooms, full laundry, all tile floors, street and shared driveway parking. 2 TVs, internet, nicely equipped kitchen, towels, sheets and blankets. This home was completely renovated in 2022. From the parking area, there are stairs leading to the Madison. There are no other stairs inside the rental.
Greenville is home to this vacation home. Beattie House and Kilgore Lewis House are local landmarks, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Haywood Mall and Wade Hampton Mall Shopping Center.
