Luxury sun loungers under a shaded terrace frame the private swimming pool alongside outdoor dining facilities, a built-in barbeque and cushioned seating. From the balcony, guests are provided spectacular views across the rugged landscape. With six bedrooms, this impressive property accommodates up to 11 guests. Ideal for friends, families, and couples travelling together, this villa is both spacious and comfortable. This property also showcases a fully equipped kitchen, two cosy living rooms, four bathrooms, and utility room that boast functionality and sophistication. For optimal convenience, the lower ground features an Annex with an additional kitchenette, great for extended families and grandparents. On the north coast, this property is conveniently located near the historic centre where there are ancient fortresses, paved alleyways, and a variety of shops to explore. Nestled among the lush countryside landscape, Villa Tresor is the perfect base for a relaxing holiday to Greece.

Please note, the whirlpool bath in the first floor ensuite is only to be used as a standalone bathtub. The whirlpool jets are non-functioning.

Important Information - Please be advised that the property features low walls within the terrace grounds. Please ensure that children remain supervised at all times.

To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 5 steps. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 64cm wide. The pool itself has ladder access. The outside space is accessed via a series of steps from the main house. From the house to the BBQ area, there are 7 steps, then a further 9 steps to the poolside. The ground floor bedroom has a door width of 76cm, whilst the shower room door is 67cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 90cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 90cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Located in Rethymno, this villa is in a rural area.
