The stone walls and garden surrounding the house creates the perfect frame of the property. This Luxury Property (built in 2015/16) consists of two villas - Villa Nova and Villa Karga. The overall plot measures 950 square metres. The project is designed to achieve full privacy for each villa. Both villas has its own private pool with sunbeds, sitting area, dining area, a small garden, private carpark and entrance.
Villa Nova (100m2) is the ideal retreat for 2 couples, a small family or a couple in love that wish to spend a holiday in total luxury, serenity and privacy. The villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, TV, Music system (Bluetooth) and its own little pool with waterfall. The integrated sitting bench in the pool invites you to sit and relax under the sun in hot summer days. If you rather like to refresh yourself, you can take a refreshing shower in the waterfall.
The villa has impressive architectural design and decor style with the elegant mix of stone, glass, wood, earthly tones and quality fabrics.
With the sound of the waves from the sea, the sandy beach nearby and the view of the beautiful White Mountains in front, Villa Nova is the perfect place for those who are seeking a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for their holiday home. The Beach and the village is only a few steps away if you like to go for a morning swim in the sea, activate with watersports, go for a meal at the cafes and restaurants, or just take a walk.
Guests are given the opportunity to relax in the nice and stylish living spaces, sit back in the cozy living areas and enjoy the luxurious facilities provided. The modern and fully equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare a meal of their choice flavored with herbs from the garden.
Whether seeking for a private luxury villa overlooking the scenic landscape of Almyrida and the beautiful White Mountains, or a relaxing place to simply catch the sun laying on the sun beds after a bath in the pool or a refreshing shower in the waterfall, this is the perfect place!
