The Ground level (120 m2) features a spacious open plan living space with 2 comfortable sofas, tv, cd player and sound system, a cozy dining room, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Plentiful window doors grant direct access to outdoors and full enjoyment of sea view from inside the house. The outdoor area is arranged in such a way that the residents can enjoy privacy in many cozy corners. A shaded outdoor living area with pergola(Patio), protected by the wind is an ideal place for breakfast or dinner for 10 people. The memory of the moonrise view with a glass of wine will always stay with you.
The upper level (100 m2) includes 2 spacious bedrooms (in Photos indicated as Bedroom A & B) each with a double bed and access to private Mykonian style balcony, 1 bedroom (in Photos indicated as Bedroom C) with 2 separate beds and access to a private sea view veranda and 2 elegant bathrooms.
The Attic (40 m2) features 1 spacious bedroom (in Photos indicated as Bedroom D) with a double bed, en suite WC and a private large terrace veranda, which offers a panoramic view of exceptional beauty. All bedrooms( A,B,C,D) are equal-sized with spacious wardrobes, air conditions wood-beamed ceilings, and uninterrupted breath taken sea view. The house is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, laundry machine, blender, espresso machine, hairdryers table-clothing, etc. Excellent crystals, cutlery and dinner /breakfast set for 12 people are provided.
The villa features close proximity to the town of Mykonos (7klm) as well as to the most famous beaches. One of the most well-known taverns (KIKIS Tavern ) within walking distance of 200 meters.
