The Space
The Beach House was built as an ''escape from city'' country home. Fully renovated to adjust your professional hosting requirements. 500 meters away from central road and right on the beach, the
only thing you hear is the sea.
The space is divided on 2 levels that both have ground access and parking lot. On upper level is located the first shower/bathroom , kitchen, dining table, salon with fire place plus 3 balconies, each with a unique view. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook and feed up to 12 people.
On the second level are located the bedrooms, toilet/shower, and storage room. The master bedroom facing the sea includes a big office and plenty of space to arrange, upon request, an extra bed or infant amenities. Plenty of wardrobe space is also available.
The property is built on a 5000 sq meters plot which includes BBQ terrace, Stove Oven, Flower Garden, Fruit Trees, Herbs and Grape Yard and last but not least a beautiful beach.
If you want to host an event or a party on the premises, we will provide you, upon request, with all additional amenities and also arrange for you services such as private chef, live music, magician show etc.
Guest Access
Guests can access all areas of the house and private plot.

Pick up from airport at anytime , mini city tour and full holiday planning with loads of activities such as excursions, sightseeing, sailing, horse riding , kite surf, and many more. Also can arrange services such as babysitting, doctor attendance, private chef, event planning etc.

Located to the quite, traditional village of Kalavarda next to ancient ruins of Kamiros, the house is only 15 km away from the airport and 29 km away from the City of Rhodes. Going south you will explore the real Rhodes with the traditional villages, agricultural life, countless sites and the total absence of industrialized touristic practices. Thus we believe the location is perfect for exploring everything Rhodes has to offer.
Located in Rhodes, this villa is on the beach. Ancient Kamiros and Castle of Kritinia are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Rhodes Port and Mandraki Port. Traveling with kids? Consider Bar Street, or check out an event or a game at Diagoras Stadium. Scuba diving and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and ecotours nearby.
