Indoor facilities
Villa Avra is a five-bedroom residence set on three floors, the villa combines a relaxing and comfortable stay. The entrance is from the ground floor where you will find an open-plan space with a living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The first bedroom is located on this floor with a view of the swimming pool with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Two airy bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are also featured on the same floor with convenient mattresses and are ideal for a relaxing night after a long day. On the upper floor, there is a double-size bed with an ensuite bathroom, a TV, and a private balcony with a sitting area. On the lower level, there is another bedroom with twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. A gym fully equipped with a static bicycle, workout bench weights, ping pong table, and try and exercise mattresses provided will keep you in optimum health and will help you keep up with your everyday routine.

Outdoor facilities
The outdoor area is equipped to embrace ultimate relaxation combining a unique place to dive into the large swimming pool with the relaxation on the sunbeds under the Mediterranean sun. The area next to the pool offers you an alternative position for alfresco dining under the sun. Thanks to its magnificent location, the villa offers an amazing sea view all day long. The huge balcony that exists on the first floor provides an amazing spot for some quiet time under the starlight sky.

Villa Avra is part of a complex with 4 luxurious villas, each one with its own facilities and amenities.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
