The house is located 100 meters from the beach.It has big garden with great view on the sea.It is suitable for the summer as it is very close to a nice and clean beach. Especially if you have children you feel secure as it is a quiet village and the beach is safe and clean.

Volos is one of the largest cities in Greece, with interesting choices in the food and intense nightlife and is located a few kilometers from Kritharia.
Some of the historical villages of the area are also nearby.
Pelion, Archaeological sites, organized beaches, churches and monasteries are some of the places to visit.

The village has a small square with a small church and a playground for children and a beautiful harbor with a tavern. Beach is five minute walk. On summer, there is a bus that passes five minutes walk of the house and has two routes every day.During the winter has a bus also in 1.500 meter, on the highway to Athens.

Located in Volos, this cottage is in the mountains and on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Alikes Beach and Anavros, while Tsalapatas Brickworks Museum and Volos Municipal Theatre are cultural highlights. Cultural Centre of Nea Ionia and Pelion Railway are also worth visiting. Water skiing, fishing, and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
