Peraia is a small town with a local flair, featuring charming cafes and restaurants, as well as its own promenade, just 15 minutes from Thessaloniki Airport (SKG). Enjoy your stay in our newly renovated apartments – feel right at home. With meticulous attention to detail, we have lovingly furnished our upscale apartments for you! To ensure a relaxing stay, the apartments are fully equipped with all amenities – so you can truly unwind and enjoy your time with us. We hope to see you again if you enjoy your stay. Our apartments are centrally located in a quiet corner of Peraia – relaxation made easy! Park your car directly at the building in our private parking spaces and enjoy complete flexibility. Peraia also offers the opportunity to visit the metropolis of Thessaloniki (approx. 45-minute boat trip) with its own water taxi. Fancy a swim? Then you have the unique opportunity to use our private pool directly at the house/apartments; sun loungers and parasols are provided. The sea is also just a 4-5 minute walk from the front door, where sun loungers and parasols can be rented at the beach bars. As a reliable partner, we are at your service throughout your stay – please feel free to contact us! Within easy walking distance, you will find many shopping options, from a small supermarket, kiosk, and souvenir shop around the corner to the classic Lidl for larger shopping trips on the main road (easily accessible by car). A snack bar (Bobos) is also located nearby.
Thermaikos is home to this vacation home. Mediterranean Cosmos and Tsimiski Street are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Peraías Beach and Thermi Dam. Waterland and NOESIS Science Center & Technology Museum are also worth visiting.
