Important Notes:
-The amenities like the pool and hot tub are managed by the HOA and the schedule may change without notice and they may not always work properly.
-Policies: No pets.

Guest Access:
You'll have private access to the entire 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom cabin. Pool/Hot Tub are shared with the community - schedule may vary. Most updated schedule in the Guidebook.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in a great vacation community called the Cabins at Edgewater, which is primarily set up for guests, families and owners to enjoy the area. There is an outdoor pool, hot tub & pond for fishing. Great family weekend getaway!

Getting Around:
Pretty much all of our guests bring their car. The pool & hot tub are walking distance from the house (please see the guidebook for detailed info on pool/hot tub hours). The town of Granby, Ski Resorts and most Hiking requires a car.

Short drive to Summit Colorado's best skiing, including Winter Park and Steamboat Springs. Whether you're looking for a family getaway or a place for your group of friends, this is perfect for you. Other activities in the area include: mountain biking, kayaking, white water rafting, 4 wheel driving.

Pets are not allowed on this property. If we find that you have brought a pet you will be asked to check-out early. Please note that parking on the street or in neighbor's driveways is NOT permitted. There is an HOA penalty of $100 for doing this. Overflow parking is located across the street.

Grand County is currently in a Stage 2 Fire Ban as of 10/17/2024 until Further Notice.

No open fires of any kind are allowed outside on public or private land. This includes charcoal grills.
Smoking is also not permitted unless done within an enclosed vehicle or building where smoking is allowed.
Liquid or gas-fueled fires (such as propane grills/fire pits) are still allowed outside.
Contained fires (fireplaces, wood burning/pellet stoves) are still allowed indoors.

Located in Granby, this cabin is in the mountains. Grand Elk Golf Club and Ski Granby Ranch are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Rocky Mountain National Park and Arapaho National Recreation Area. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding, rock climbing, and hiking/biking trails nearby.
