Inside, a grand hand-painted waterfront mural, created by a local artist, welcomes you in the foyer. The home offers multiple inviting spaces to gather and relax, including two living rooms, each with comfortable seating and a fireplace, a bright sunroom, and a spacious family/game room with a ping-pong table. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, with a large farmhouse dining table and easy access to the back deck for outdoor dining.
With six bedrooms and six bathrooms, the accommodations are plentiful and thoughtfully arranged to suit families and groups. The layout includes two king bedrooms with ensuite baths, a bunk room for kids, and additional rooms with full and twin beds. A private third-floor in-law suite features its own bathroom, kitchenette, and deck, providing a separate space while staying connected.
The expansive outdoor spaces provide plenty of space for your favorite activities. Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the wrap-around deck, your afternoons playing pickleball or tennis on your own private court, and your evenings gathered on the patio under the stars.
Bell View is located just a short walk from Bass Rocks, where you can admire the stunning rocky coastline, watch the surf crash, or even set up an easel like the plein air painters who are drawn to this breathtaking setting. Niles Beach is just a mile away, and the white sands of Good Harbor Beach are only two miles from your doorstep. The home is also just a short drive from Rocky Neck, the oldest art colony in the U.S., where you’ll find unique galleries, shops, and fantastic restaurants.
