One mile from the city center, this house features 3 spacious bedrooms, with all of today’s modern conveniences and amenities. The property also features 2 bathrooms, complete with a bathtub and shower. In addition, the spacious open concept layout is ideal for relaxing, and entertaining, with a comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. We have central air, updated appliances and high-end speed Internet. There is an additional space in the form of a basement living room, equipped with large sectional couch big enough to sleep 2 while watching the big 70” tv. There is an iron, a washing machine & dryer, and game consoles. We have a beautiful front porch complete with a Treager to grill. Also less than a block away from the house is the neighborhood park for the kiddos, and a walking trail for an evening jaunt or your morning run.
