Enter into a convenient mudroom-style entry with a bench and coat area. To the right is a laundry closet with a washer and dryer, and to the left is the first bedroom with two full beds and a full bathroom nearby.

Walk down the hallway to the open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, deep sink, dishwasher, and everything needed for preparing meals. A drip coffee maker with coffee and tea starters is included.

Across from the dining area is a dedicated den with a work desk and a full pull-out couch—perfect for remote work or additional sleeping space.
The private primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, 50" Smart TV, large closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Connected to the kitchen and dining area, the living room features two leather sofas, a large Smart TV, and a cozy gas fireplace for year-round relaxation.
