Situated in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, Franklin and surrounding area is perfect for discovering Hiking trails, nearby White Water Rafting, river Tubing, and so much more. For a wonderful vacation, there's no need to leave this lovely mountain cabin directly on Jones Creek. Relax on your deck of choice and listen to the Creek while savoring the cool mountain freshness. Fish for trout, play in the Creek just outside your door, and enjoy our 6 Person Hot Tub on a cool Mountain evening. Gather at the Fire Pit or Picnic area.
Located in the beautiful Nantahala National Forest, where breathtaking Mountains, valleys, streams and spectacular Waterfalls abound, Franklin is an official Appalachian Trail friendly destination. We have multiple access points to the AT for short or long hikes. Rich in gems and minerals and known as the “Gem Capital of the World," here in Franklin, gem-mining is an activity enjoyed by visitors of all ages. Downtown shopping, antique browsing, and quality restaurants are all within 12 minutes of this ideal vacation cabin. And if you want to explore further, a day trip to Highlands, Asheville, Atlanta or Nashville is within comfortable driving distance. Harrah's Cassino too is a short 40 minute drive.
This inviting Family home is a well-constructed, well maintained and very clean log cabin with 3 comfortable levels. Satellite TV, WiFi internet and cozy Rock Fireplace in the living Room are here for you, along with fun games (like outside Jenga) and a beautiful outside Hot Tub for up to 6 people. Open the windows and you'll enjoy Mountain breezes and the pleasant sound of Jones Creek, whether you are inside our outdoors.

Located in Franklin, this cabin is in a rural area and on a river. Franklin Gem and Mineral Museum and Scottish Tartans Museum are cultural highlights, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Whistle Stop Mall and Mason Mountain Mine. Parker Meadows Park and Smoky Mountain Center for the Performing Arts are also worth visiting. Kayaking and water tubing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and mountain biking nearby.
