Our 2BR & 1B cabin is nestled in the Nantahala Forest, located in the desirable Walnut Creek area, between Franklin and Highlands. Downtown Franklin is only a few miles away for all of your shopping and restaurant needs. Walnut Creek Haven is close to many waterfalls, trout fishing, hiking, and the local gem mining. Come to a place where beautiful scenery, hiking, fishing, history and Southern hospitality are a way of life.

Our Cabin has been completely renovated and has all new appliances and furnishings. All one level living with open floor plan, eat in Kitchen and a dining nook. The Cabin is easily accessible as it is on a paved, county maintained road, and is only a short distance from the beautiful Cullasaja Falls, as well as many other waterfalls in the area.
We love to sit on the back deck overlooking the creek and let the sound of the water melt our cares away.

If you’re into motorcycles, the roads in the area provide the most fun possible on two or three wheels. And the cabin has ample parking for your bike trailer.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs if you choose to "eat in". There is also a propane grill on the deck and ample seating to enjoy the natural setting while you relax with a good meal or cup of coffee in the morning.

Located in Franklin, this cabin is in the mountains. Scottish Tartans Museum and Franklin Gem and Mineral Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Jackson Hole Gem Mine and Arrowmont Stables. Ruby City Gems & Minerals and Smoky Mountain Center for the Performing Arts are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with water tubing and rafting nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with hiking/biking trails and horse riding.
