This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-floor condo offers approximately 1,475 square feet of comfortable living space and direct beach-facing views. One of its standout features is the extra-large patio, perfect for relaxing or gathering with family while enjoying the Gulf breeze. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and faces the beach, while the guest bedroom includes two queen-size beds. The living room offers a queen-size sleeper sofa, providing plenty of space to accommodate guests. The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with TVs, along with high-speed internet access throughout the unit. The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove, dishwasher, and all essential small appliances, making it easy to cook and entertain. For added convenience, there is an in-unit washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board. Additional features include ceiling fans, a comfortable recliner, and a layout designed for both relaxation and functionality!
