This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo is located on the 6th floor and features a 30-foot private balcony with stunning Gulf views, perfect for enjoying breathtaking sunsets. The primary bedroom faces the Gulf and includes a king-size bed, a 32" Smart TV, a reading chair, and direct access to the balcony through sliding glass doors. The guest bedroom offers two queen-size beds and a 32" TV. The living area is open and inviting, featuring a comfortable sleeper sofa, dining space, and even a game table. A 55" TV with DIRECTV cable and a Blu-ray player with streaming capabilities provides great entertainment options, along with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the unit. The remodeled bathrooms include a walk-in shower in the primary bathroom for added comfort. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and well-stocked, perfect for preparing meals during your stay.
For added convenience, the condo includes a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
Located on the beach, this condo is in Okaloosa Island, a neighborhood in Fort Walton Beach. HarborWalk Village and Destin Commons are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Okaloosa Island Beach and Fort Walton Beaches. Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park and Emerald Coast Science Center are also worth visiting. With jet skiing, scuba diving, and snorkeling nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
