This spacious, updated unit at the Surf Dweller complex offers a unique layout and plenty of room to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom includes a queen and a twin bed. An additional twin daybed in the living area provides extra sleeping space. Unlike most units in the complex, this condo boasts an extra-large balcony with stunning Gulf views that can be enjoyed from the living room, dining area, and oversized kitchen. The kitchen has been recently upgraded with brand-new cabinets and a refrigerator, making it perfect for cooking and entertaining. The living area features a built-in bar that spans the width of the room, complete with new cabinetry, a sink, and an additional refrigerator ideal for hosting or relaxing after a day at the beach. Because this condo has never been used as a rental, it is exceptionally well-stocked with everything needed for a comfortable family stay. Each room includes a flat-screen TV and the unit also offers Wi-Fi throughout. This one-of-a-kind condo truly stands out and must be seen to be fully appreciated!
