We have a feeling that the only problem that you will have during your stay is getting everyone back inside at the end of the day!

Please Note:

1. PET FRIENDLY: We love your furry friends! A fee of $150 per dog must be paid BEFORE the guest arrival date. There is a max of 2 dogs on the property and a max weight of 50 lbs. per dog. Sorry, but no cats or exotic animals are allowed in the home. If evidence of an unapproved (or unpaid for) pet is located on the property, there will be a $400 non-refundable fine. Please clean up after your pet in the yard (bring your own doggy waste bags) and in the home. Additionally, any pet brought to the property must not be left unattended in the home. If they are left at the property alone, they will need to be kept in a pet crate.

2. NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed on the property. If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.

3. WATER FILTER - we do have a water filtration system for the home that is located in the laundry room right off of the master bedroom. Note, every couple of days the system has to reset and can cause a loud noise as it runs. The timing of this reset is unpredictable! Just be aware, that it may start up at any time.

4. There is a security camera located on the exterior of the home. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras inside of the home.

5. Due to the seclusion of the home, there is not service at the dome home, but there is Wi-Fi!

6. We offer complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Feel free to reach out to us day or night and we will provide you with a swift response!

7. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay at The Toasted Marshmallow!
