Seventh Street Select is conveniently located near the Eureka business district but set back off the road to keep the busy outside world minimized. It is a townhouse-style rental with a full kitchen, living room, and garage all on the lower level. This home has recently been remodeled and updated with new features and appliances throughout.
This rental is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants and an easy drive to the heart of Eureka. Don't miss the incredible Carson Mansion, one of the most photographed buildings in the world, just a half-mile away. Eureka is just about 10 miles from Arcata and Cal Poly Humboldt, 20 miles from the Victorian village of Ferndale, and 47 miles south of Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Located in Eureka, this vacation home is in the city center. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Humboldt Bay National Wildlife Refuge and Azalea State Natural Reserve, while Morris Graves Museum of Art and Clarke Historical Museum are cultural highlights. Sequoia Park Zoo and Humboldt Cultural Center are also worth visiting. Kayaking and motor boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking and hiking/biking trails nearby.
