Getting Around:

This home offers an ideal location for exploring Eugene. Oakway Center—known for its shopping, dining, and local favorites—is just a few minutes away. Autzen Stadium is a quick 9-minute drive, perfect for catching a Ducks game. The University of Oregon campus is only 12 minutes from the property. You’ll also find a wide variety of nearby restaurants, cafés, and grocery options, making it easy to enjoy something new every day during your stay.
Other Things to Note:

There is a garage attached to the guest home. The guest house is fully secure, with a slide lock across the top of the door leading to the attached garage, which is off-limits to guests. The garage remains private and inaccessible during your stay.
Please Note: Oregon’s natural environment is beautiful, but it also means you may occasionally see small insects like ants or the rare harmless spider. The home is professionally fumigated on a regular schedule, and we do everything possible to minimize this.
