The property has a detached garage with a full guest suite above it. The garage and guest suite will be occupied during your stay. The yard is for the sole use of the tenant.
We finished a remodel of the inside of this property in October 2009. The house is cozy and can accomodate up to 6 people. The kitchen and living room are adjoined for easy entertaining. The master bedroom has it's own entrance which goes out to the back yard and outdoor shower. It is about 950 sq. ft. situated on a 1/3 acre lot on Vineyard Haven Rd. The yard is partially fenced with some landscaping. We just re-seeded the yard after adding a detached garage. There is a back porch with 2 chairs to relax on, a brick patio, and an outdoor shower. There is also a hammock in the backyard as well. The location of the property is on the bike path and bus route. Sengekontacket Pond is about 2 blocks away. Great for kayaks, paddle boards and dog friendly! The house is approximately 2 miles from the center of Edgartown.

Located in Edgartown, this cottage is near the beach. Oak Bluffs Harbor and Woods Hole Ferry Terminal are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Inkwell Beach. Island Cove Miniature Golf and Island Cove Adventures are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking/biking trails nearby.
