The 3,600 square foot house features high ceilings, including a double height designer-furnished great room, large deck going down to a heated pool, a screened-in porch perfect for summer breakfast, four spacious bedrooms—two with access to an upstairs deck—and a media room.
The 2-story Post-Modern includes a downstairs primary suite with double-sink bathroom and spa tub and a large junior primary upstairs with skylighted bathroom, along with two other separate bedrooms and an additional lounging/work/TV area. A pro-style kitchen, roomy dining table and a large gas grill make cooking and dining a delight. Plus, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day of sun & surf, tennis or golf.
