The game room has air hockey and foosball — a fully renovated basement space that guests with kids single out every time. The well-equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances and dining space for the full group. Multiple living areas with a fireplace provide room for everyone. The backyard is a private outdoor space well-suited for BBQs, morning coffee, and evening gatherings.
Durango offers year-round outdoor access: hiking and mountain biking on Animas Mountain and Horse Gulch Trail System, the Animas River for rafting and kayaking, the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, and an active downtown with dining, breweries, and galleries. Purgatory Resort is 25 miles north for skiing in winter. Managed by Gilson Property Group.
The home has multiple living areas across two levels. The main level features a large living room with a gas fireplace and comfortable seating for the full group. The well-equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances has stainless-steel appliances and a dining area that seats 10 or more.
The game room is fully equipped with an air hockey table, foosball table, and additional seating — a completely renovated basement space that guests describe as the right spot for kids and group evenings in. The bedrooms are spacious enough for large groups to spread out, with comfortable beds and good storage throughout.
