Designed with remote professionals and traveling workers in mind, the home offers high-speed 1 Gbps fiber internet, a dedicated workspace, a Smart TV with soundbar, efficient mini-split heating and cooling, new all-electric appliances, a microwave, in-unit laundry, and a beautiful river stone and glass bathroom. Outside, enjoy your own private patio with seasonal flowers and ambient lighting, plus a lockable storage shed for bikes and skis. A dedicated parking space is located immediately beside the front door for easy access. The carriage house is completely separate from the main residence, where the owners—a quiet couple who have called Durango home since 1998—live and respect guests' privacy.
