The condo is located in Red Hawk. This condo has great mountain views from the balcony and is LESS THAN a 2 minute walk to the Gondola(ski lift) or River Run Village(shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ski rentals, night life etc).. This condo sleeps 6 people comfortably with a queen bed in the bedroom, comfortable pull-out sofa bed with therapeutic mattress as well as a queen size Murphy Bed. Newly renovated with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, new cloth couches/ chairs great fireplace and furnishings. It's hard to beat the location & quality of this condo. One of the nicest condos in Keystone with a very short walk to all the ski & River Run Village amenities. Close to all the action but on the quite side mountain view of the condo for full relaxation. Wonderful balcony to relax & enjoy your favorite beverage. FREE HEATED UNDERGROUND PARKING
There is a large game room in the lobby with a pool table, board games and comfortable seating in front of the large gas fireplace. You can also enjoy the heated swimming pool year-round, and the 2 hot tubs that look out to ski runs. There is also a workout room, steam room, and ski lockers on the first floor, gas BBQ pit to use by the pool. Coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor. Best of all, this complex has FREE HEATED secure underground parking.
River Run village is loaded with shops and restaurants - it's a village of it's own and has great nightlife, shopping and dining just steps away from the complex. It's just across the parking lot, so while you are enjoying the convenience of all the amenities within a short walking distance, you are still in a quiet part of the village. Also remember that Keystone is the only ski resort in Summit County that offers night skiing!
River Run, a neighborhood in Keystone, is home to this condo. Keystone Ski Resort and Arapahoe Basin Ski Area are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Dillon Reservoir. Traveling with kids? Consider Marina Park and The Colorado Angler. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, and don't miss out on the snowmobiling and sledding.
