Two amazing options! Head out to the garage where you'll find stand-up classic arcade, ping pong, shuffle board and air hockey.....or head to the lower level to play cards, family games or the awesome wall-mounted Connect Four! The upper level includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and on the lower level you'll find the 5th King Size bedroom with full bath. Fireplace, lakeside firepit with polywood chairs, propane based grill, corn hole boards, covered seating area and a total of 5 SMART TV's - all of the amenities you would expect in this high end vacation property!
Lake time? Grab one of the 4 on property kayaks (2 adult, 2 kids) or 2 paddleboards and easily launch yourself onto Lake Norman via our private boat ramp - perfect for dropping in your personal boat and jet ski as well! For the adventurous type, you'll love the diving board to jump in and swim in the lake!
Ideal location as you'll enjoy the peace and quiet of the residential area while the convenience of being 15 minutes away from grocery stores (Publix, Harris Teeter) and multiple breweries, restaurants and shopping options!
