This is a wonderful single-family home, perfect for a family vacation on Cape Cod. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with a private yard, this home features a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, two full baths plus a large outdoor shower. The back deck includes a covered dining area with seating for six. The welcoming interior is tastefully decorated. It is a short 2 mile drive to the 'bay' beaches, such as world renowned Mayflower Beach and a 5-6 mile drive to the beaches on the south of Cape Cod. The location in Dennis offers easy access to a large variety of restaurants, activities, and shops nearby.
Included with your rental are beach chairs, beach toys and beach gear, as well as games and books for a rainy day. For a separate fee, we can provide sheets and towels. If interested, please inquire with us.
The entire first floor is kept comfortably cool with a large window A/C unit. Upstairs 3 of the 4 bedrooms have window A/C units. The 4th (smallest) bedroom does not have A/C.
We limit the total number of guests in our home to a maximum of 7, including adults, children and infants.
Located in Dennis, this vacation home is near the beach. Hyannis Harbor and Ocean Edge Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Cape Cod Beaches and Mayflower Beach. West Dennis Beach and Cape Cod Inflatable Park are not to be missed. Kayaking and windsurfing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking and cycling nearby.
