The Twin Towers is directly on the beach near shops, golf, entertainment and night life. Enjoy the action or just relax and watch the waves from our 10th floor balcony. This condo is a short drive to Main Street Pier where you can see a free concert at the bandshell, visit the Boardwalk, take the kids on the rides or enjoy the water park.

This condo has two bedrooms on opposite sides of the condo for maximum privacy. The ocean-view master suite features a 48 inch LED HDTV, a brand new king bed with memory foam mattress and direct access to the ocean-view balcony. Full bath, 2 sinks, large tub, and a separate large shower with ample of closet space.

The 2nd bedroom features a full and twin size beds with memory foam mattresses and a new 32 inch LED HDTV. The bedroom has a great view of the river and has direct access to the 2nd bathroom and a large walk-in closet.

The Foyer/Den is a huge (18x13) bonus room with a queen sofa sleeper and desk/chair work area. This room is fully tiled near the kitchen with peekaboo views of the ocean and great views of the river to the front of the condo.

The Living Room has great ocean views while seating on the large sofa with chaise lounger. There is direct access to the balcony. Also featured is a 50 inch LED 4k Smart TV with expanded Cable.

The kitchen is completely equipped and features all appliances.

The balcony has spectacular and expansive ocean and beach views. The private oceanfront pools (2) have direct access to the beach from a private walkway.

The Twin Towers features other great amenities such as two large club rooms with pool table, lots of seating areas, a large screen TV, etc. There are two workout rooms with excellent equipment that faces the ocean; what a pleasure to view the ocean as you workout.

Shopping, restaurants, golf, tennis, boating are all nearby and the Orlando theme parks and the Kennedy Space Center are just 45 to 90 minutes away.

NOTE: The Twin Towers minimum rental period is 2 weeks and not more than 6 persons may occupy the unit at one time. These restrictions are strictly enforced.
