This unique 5th Floor Luxurious Condominium which we refer to as “PARADISE” is an Extra-Large unit with over 3000 square feet, comfortably sleeping 8-10 people and has two balconies which offer a 270 degree breathtaking view! Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean and relaxing on the oversized balcony in the largest 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom condo at Ocean Vistas. The second balcony gives you a wonderful view of the city lights and marvelous sunsets! Professionally decorated, everything is always being updated from the linens to the furnishings. You will feel right at home here! As you come up to the 5th floor in the semi-private elevator you will enter through the double doors into the grand foyer and you will be in awe. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped and offers a street view balcony where you can even catch a glimpse of the Daytona Speedway! Each bedroom has a television and its' own private bath. The master bedroom has gorgeous views of the ocean through the sliding glass doors, giving you easy access to the 671+ square ft. balcony. If outdoor grilling is your preference, use the built in Jenn-air grill right on your ocean balcony as you listen to the surf rolling in. Once the food is done cooking, you can set the table on the balcony as Mother Nature creates a masterpiece for you.

This 5 STAR Luxury condo offers an on-site concierge (Monday-Friday) who will help you navigate the Daytona area, make recommendations for restaurants, golf courses…etc. The Oceanfront heated pool is one of the largest on the beach at 75ft long! The Ocean Front hot tub and large pool deck with outdoor fire pit and fountains make for a very relaxing vacation experience. You will also have access to the Ocean Front fitness facility and sauna area. As a guest of Ocean Vistas, you will have full access to the amazing oceanfront club house that is well-furnished including a library, eating area, plasma TV, fireplace, pool table, a large space for entertaining guests or having private parties. The business center is located on the 2nd floor and includes wireless Internet access, computers, fax, printers...etc.

Our unit is child friendly with a Pack-n-Play and highchair seat. We have children's utensils, bowls, cups, and plates. If you are looking for local baby rental equipment companies, the only one we are aware of and that several other guests have used is a company named "Sandy Andy's Baby & Beach Rentals" ... Please note that we do not endorse any third party company, but this is a question we are asked quite often. Please check on them and other companies using your own discretion.
