This townhouse has 3 TVs streaming (55" TV in master bedroom), is renovated with designer touches, has a fireplace, dining room, front porch, 2 patios both with additional outdoor dining, BBQ, hammock, equipped kitchen and indoor full sized laundry.
The third bedroom has a daybed w trundle/2 twin beds with a supply of games/puzzles/books.
Front patio beach closet has backpack sand chairs, folding camp chairs, surf/boogie boards, sand toys, beach games and umbrellas.
The community has a pool, jacuzzi and adult jacuzzi.
This is a single level home with only 6 steps to up to the front patio.
A stroller, pack and play portable crib are on site.
Strict no pet policy.
This is a 30+ day rental. A starter kit of household consumables is given.
Guests have access to the whole townhouse.
Dana Point, Orange County , CA has a temperate climate that invites outdoor living all year round.
The town is walkable and there are many shops, restaurants and craft beer locations with music that can be easily reached from this home. Outdoor dining at many establishments is offered year round. There is a Farmer's Market every Saturday.
The public library and Friends of the Library Bookstore are a flat 1/2 mile walk away.
Grab the yoga mats at this home and enjoy "Yoga in the Park" overlooking the Harbor or the indoor studio at the Marina.
Dana Point is the Whale and Dolphin Capital of the World with tour boats leaving out of the Harbor and a ferry boat to Catalina Island.
Rent bikes, surf boards, ride the open air trolleys around Dana Point during the summer and connecting to other beach towns.

Please check house rules before you book, especially note the Strict No Pet rule.the owners family has severe allergic asthma. Even after repeated deep cleaning, the family would not be able to use the home for six months. Expensive cleaning fee for guests that are not respectful of this rule.
Located in Monarch Beach, a neighborhood in Dana Point, this vacation home is near theme parks and near the beach. Dana Point Harbor and Pelican Hill Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Doheny State Beach and Crystal Cove State Park.
